Click on client portal link provided below
Click on Start Now at the bottom of the page to register
Enter email address, First Name and Last Name
Sign in your email account, and open Welcome email just received and click on Activate Account
Create Password, click Save Password & Login.
When login, click on Fill Out Questionnaire and complete the form
*Please attached required tax documents to the form. If for some reason you don’t have all tax documents available as you complete the form, please sign in the portal when you have documents available and upload them in the portal.
